Nylon 6

    SD (Semi Dull), BR (Bright), FD (Full Dull)

  • Denier Range:
    FDY: 5D and above; DTY: 7D and above; ATY: 45D and above

  • Functional / Structural Options:
    Sizing-free yarn, profiled cross-section, high-tenacity, quick-heat insulation, moisture-wicking, deodorant/antibacterial, anti-mosquito, UV protection, cooling touch

  • Main Applications:

Nylon 66

Nylon 66 delivers excellent heat resistance (up to 260 °C) with enhanced abrasion resistance, impact strength, and tear resistance, while being ~15% lighter than polyester—an ideal choice for high-performance textiles and lightweight industrial materials.

    FDY, POY, DTY, ATY (for textile, industrial, and tire applications)

  • Luster Options:
    SD (Semi Dull), BR (Bright), FD (Full Dull)

  • Denier Range:
    FDY: 7D and above; DTY: 20D and above; ATY: 45D and above

  • Expanded Options:
    Micro-denier, cross-shaped section, hollow section, high DPF, high-tenacity industrial grades

  • Technical Highlight:
