The choice depends on your specific performance requirements. Nylon 6 is a versatile all-rounder known for its flexibility and ease of processing, making it a preferred choice for general apparel and industrial netting.

In contrast, Nylon 66 is engineered for more demanding environments. It features a higher melting point and enhanced resistance to wear and tear. Furthermore, Nylon 66 is approximately 15% lighter than polyester, offering a significant advantage for high-end, lightweight, and high-tenacity applications where durability is paramount.

Our professional Twisting Service is designed to give your yarns superior structural integrity and durability. Through expert twisting, we minimize pilling and pucker, while providing your fabrics with a more defined three-dimensional texture and sophisticated visual layering.

Whether you are working with fine apparel or heavy-duty industrial textiles, Eachuan International offers versatile solutions across a wide denier range (15D–3000D). We support custom S-twist and Z-twist configurations for single or multi-ply yarns, ensuring the perfect balance of strength and aesthetics for your production needs.

Our Covered Yarn Service involves wrapping an elastic core (typically Spandex/Elastane) with a protective sheath of polyester or nylon filament to create a high-performance composite yarn. Eachuan International offers three specialized covering methods:

• SCY (Single Covered Yarn): A single layer of filament is wound around the core, offering excellent elasticity and cost-effectiveness.

• DCY (Double Covered Yarn): Two layers of filament are wound in opposite directions (S and Z), providing superior structural stability and a balanced hand-feel.

• ACY (Air Covered Yarn): Created using high-pressure air jet entanglement, offering a soft texture and high production efficiency.
